    Together We Can aims to provide an answer to the many calls for personal and societal change following events of racial injustice in America. People want to know what they can do to make change.

    Unity is at the core of who we are. Its our belief that our Nation is better served by its citizens being unified and not separated. Diversity as something that should be celebrated and not tolerated – that's why Inclusion is a driving force for the "Together We Can Initiative" to positively root out racism.

    Join our Together We Dine events

    Network with a diverse group of Dallas community members at our Together We Dine events. Share dinner with diverse groups of people as you engage in courageous, safe conversations about race relations, tell your experiences and listen to the stories of your fellow diners.

    One hour per month

    Perform provided action items designed to be completed in less than an hour. No one metaphor can fully cover the condition of racism, but racism is a cancer in our country. Together We Can’s monthly action items are our nation’s treatment to fight this cancer. Action items will include simple introspection exercises, engagement exercises, and public action items.
